Power button is key to capture screenshot. You need to press Power Button or Sleep button and at the same time press Home button in combination together.
- Press Power, Sleep or Wake up button.
- With holding above button, press Home button.
- iOS 10.2 screenshot is captured which can be viewed in Photo app.

Assistive Touch, Capture Screenshot Quite Easily
If you don’t want to press any button in combination and do screenshot quickly and easily, you can use Assistive Touch feature which need to be enabled to have screenshot capture option on iOS 10.2.
- So, first of all tap on Settings app.
- Now, scroll down till you don’t found General section and tap on “General”.
- Again scroll down and find out “Accessibility” section within General section.
- You need to find out “AssistiveTouch” feature which is “Off” by default.
- Enable AssistiveTouch feature.
A button would be appeared once you enable “AssistiveTouch”. Tap on it and there would be another option of custom gesture or Screenshot option would be given already. If there isn’t screenshot capture option available, you can create custom gesture and add Screenshot into AssistiveTouch button.
How to Check Captured Screenshot iOS 10.2
Now when you’ve successfully captured screenshot running on iOS 10.2, you’re ready to go check those screenshots without any issue. And to do so, you need to open Photos app.
- Press Home button twice to access home screen.
- Find out Photos app and open it.
- You need to find out Screenshot folder which would be available on Photos app once you’ve a screenshot on your iPhone 7 or iPad.
- Tap on that folder to access all captured screenshot on your iPhone.
